Dear Tooth & Co Family,

I hope this newsletter finds you and your family in excellent health and good spirits. As these challenging times continue to impact us all, I am using this newsletter to share the latest related to dentistry and your access to dental care for your child. As of early this week, Governor Walz extended the Executive Order 20-19, continuing the restrictions
on elective procedures and services through May 13th at midnight. Please keep in mind that this date remains fluid as it closely depends on the current situation of the pandemic.

If your child missed a non-emergency, recall or treatment, appointment during the mandated Peacetime Emergency and Stay-at-Home Order, and needs to be rescheduled we will call you to reschedule. You are welcome to call us at any time, especially if your child is experiencing any oral discomfort. Our main goal is to continue to provide high standard of care in the safest environment. We are taking all measures possible and available to us to ensure safety for our patients, families, and staff (a formal letter will follow to inform you of all the changes).

In the meantime, and as always, If your child has a pending treatment plan, if you suspect a cavity, if your child experiences sensitivity, or has sustained trauma to the mouth, if you have any concerns in regards to your child’s teeth or mouth in general call us at (952)920-8234 or email us at info@toothandco.com. We will set up a teledental visit. This virtual connection is an effective way to triage your child and
conduct problem-focused evaluations, while limiting the risk of unnecessary exposure, both in frequency and duration.
