Established Pediatric Dental Practice in St Louis Park Seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Dental Assistant. STUDENTS & NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME! We are high-tech and paperless! Our passion is providing the best dental care AND experience for our patients and their family. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, with no weekend/evening hours. We are very fortunate to have compassionate team members who sincerely like each other and will go out of their way to help their fellow teammates, our patients, and our doctor. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and an ease to interact with different ages. It will be an advantage to meet the following requirements (but we are more than willing to train the RIGHT candidate):

• LDA, preferred

• Experience working in Dental or Medical office

• Experience with electronic records, practice management software(s), social media

• Previous customer service experience

• A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care)

• Experience in conflict resolution through critical thinking

• Strong computer and typing skills

• Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, Attention to details, and Ability to take constructive criticism for continued growth

• At least 3 professional references from previous employers/supervisors
